Spring Release 2016: Part 2

There are so many events going on this weekend for Spring Release! Below are more options to celebrate wine made in our wonderful Valley this weekend. 

Walla Walla Vintners is celebrating their new releases Friday the 6th from 10 am - 3 pm and the 7th and 8th from 10 am - 4:30 pm. On Sturday the 7th from 11 am - 4 pm they will be serving up handmade wood fired pizza to complement their wines! Thursday the 5th and Monday the 9th they will be open by appointment.

Salumiere Cesario is hosting the people from Proper Wines in the shop on Saturday of Spring Release. They will be pouring their new releases and Salumiere will be offering a variety of great food as well as meats, cheeses, and other gourmet grocery items that pair perfectly with wine. Proper Wines will be pouring from 1 pm - 4 pm on the 7th.

J&J Vintners is celebrating their newest release of wines including a Riesling from Les Collines and Pepper Bridge Vineyards, as well as J&J's first Rose, Les Collines Syrah, Malbec, and red blend. They will have amazing appetizers to pair with their wines. The event starts the 6th at 11 am and runs until 5 pm on May 8.

Join Lagana Cellars and DJ Mars for a wonderful night of wine, upbeat music, and meat and cheese catering by Olive. This event is on Friday from 6 - 9 pm.

Studio Two Zero Two is celebrating Spring Release weekend with their new releases! Stop by to see the latest art on display and taste their new wines. They open at 11 am on the 5th and close at 7 pm on the 8th.

Seven Hills Winery is pouring their latest releases which include their 2013 Cabernet Franc, 2013 Cabernet Sauvignon from McClellan Estate Vineyard, 2013 Cabernet Sauvignon from Klipsun Vineyard, and 2015 Sauvignon Blanc. These new wines can all be tasted in the barrel room along with a selection of bites from local eateries. Guests also have the opportunity to visit with founder and winemaker Casey McClellan. Barrel Room house are Friday 10 am - 4 pm and Saturday Noon - 4 pm.

Sinclair Estate Vineyards are excited to announce special guests Mike and Sadie Wagoner who will be performing Friday and Saturday of Spring Release from 6 - 9 pm.

Kontos has 3 new wines for you to try this weekend, along with 3 bands to listen to! Stop by to try their new 2015 Gossamer White, 2012 Alatus Blend, and 2012 Cabernet Sauvignon. Tasting Room opens at 11 am Friday and closes at 5 pm Sunday. The bands: Jasper T will be performing live from 3:30 - 6 pm on the 6th. Kim Archer will be performing live from 3 - 6 pm on the 7th and on Mother's Day Planes on Paper will be performing live on the patio from 10 am - 1 pm with breakfast tacos available by Smokehouse Wenches until they are gone!
