Mother's Day in Walla Walla

Mother's Day is this Sunday! In addition to all of the other events that are going on this weekend there are some great ways to spend the day that focus on mom. Celebrate the wonderful women in your life with these special events. 


Kontos Cellars is hosting a fabulous morning on the patio with live music by Planes on Paper, fresh breakfast tacos by the Smokehouse Wenches, and Kontos wine of course! Join them on Sunday from 9:30 am to Noon. Wine Club members and moms eat free! Tacos are $10/3 for everyone else.

Celebrate mom with mimosas and macarons at Browne Family Vineyards. Spend Mother's Day on their beautiful patio and treat mom to mimosas and macarons in a variety of decadent flavors. Grapefruit and orange mimosas will be offered as well as straight champagne. This event is from 11 am - 5 pm.

Browne Family Vineyards is located at 31 E. Main St. in Walla Walla.
Jacobi's is offering a Mother's Day Brunch buffet from 9:30 am to 2 pm. Treat mom to a delicious brunch or dinner in the evening. Their regular dinner menu will be served from 5 - 8 pm. To make a reservation please call 509-525-2677.

Frosted is hosting a special Mother's Day cupcake decorating bar. This family friendly event features a sprinkle bar where you can create your own cupcakes by choosing the type of cake you want, adding as much or as little frosting as you like and topping it off with creative toppers or sprinkles. There is also a limited cupcake menu on Mother's Day. The cupcakes available are Creme Brulee, Lemon Lavendar, Chocolate Raspberry, Vanilla, Peach, and Carrot Cake as well as an assortment of French Macarons and Sugar Cookies along with Iced Tea, Lavendar Lemonade, and their coffee bar.
