The Raising of America

The Raising of America is a documentary about education and the future of our country. This is a free event so bring your friends, your relatives, and anyone that you think might be interested in learning about the development of children and how to create change that impacts the next generation.

This is an acclaimed documentary that focuses on how learning and experience shapes developing brains. This documentary focuses on children and how the investments that we make in children and families will help create stronger, more dynamic members of society in the future. 

The Raising of America shares empirical evidence as it explores the impact that various stimuli have on young children in regards to success socially, mentally, physically, and economically.  

This is a free event! The film is at 10:00 a.m. on April 4th at the Gesa Power House Theatre which is located at 111 N. Sixth Ave. in Walla Walla. 

This documentary is co-hosted by members of the Walla Walla Valley Early Learning Coalition.
