BBQ 101 Cooking Class


There's nothing more delicious than a summer barbecue. If you've been wanting to step up your BBQ game, this introductory course is perfect for you! 

In this class the foundation of the four main regional styles of American barbecue will be discussed, along with different heat sources, and basic tools and equipment. Students will make their own BBQ sauce to take home and the chef will demonstrate how to prepare Kansas City style chicken. Students will also sample North Carolina pulled pork. 

This class is Wednesday July 13 from 5:30-7:30 p.m. at the Titus Creek Cafe Kitchen at Walla Walla Community College. The cost is $39.00.
