I just visited 16 Keys and learned about this fun new business in our community! 16 Keys is an "escape room" game. It is the first of it's kind in our community and the premise is intriguing.
Essentially, you begin with a group of 2-6 people and learn the backstory of the room. In this case, your dear friend who has gone missing. In an attempt to find him you go to his home and search through his study to locate his journal. With this information you enter the room and are locked inside for 1 hour while you work together to search for keys, solve puzzles, and decipher clues. 
At the end of an hour you are released. The room has been outfitted in locally acquired pieces and creates an immersive atmosphere with mood lighting and a sound system.
Owner Brandon says that there is "something for everyone" in this experience and that so far no two groups have played through the room the same way. The room will have rotating puzzles and another, larger room with a different theme will be added in the future.
