Talariah Stables is hosting Miniature Horse Camps throughout the summer. These camps teach basic care and stable management for horses, as well as how to halter, lead, groom, bathe, and manage horses. Participants will also learn horse facts, horse communication, herd behaviors, and so much more.
Campers will also have the opportunity to finger paint a horse and experience a short ride on one of the larger horses or ponies.
The entry level camp, "Barn Buddies", is ideal for ages 6-10 who have no prior experience with horses. The "Paddock Pals" camp is an intermediate camp for ages 7-10 and includes lessons on driving miniature horses, horse health, and more. Cost of the camps is $125 and only a few spots are left.
