
Walla Walla Symphony, with Carnegie Hall's Weill Music Institute present "The Orchestra Moves" a free family concert and "foodraiser". Bring your family and enjoy this fun, family-focused addition to the Link Up Program. This concert is on Jan. 25 at 7:00 p.m. at Cordiner Hall which is located at 345 Boyer Ave. in Walla Walla. Admission is free with a non-perishable food donation.
Link Up is a highly participatory program that pairs orchestras across the country with schools in their local communities and invites students in grades 3-5 to learn about orchestra through a yearlong hands-on curriculum to foster passion and appreciation for music. The culmination of the program is a free live performance on Jan. 26th at Cordiner Hall where students will sing and play the recorder or violin along with the Walla Walla Symphony.
The free concert and "foodraiser" is presented by Key Technology, Whitman College, and Tallman's Drug.
