Walla Walla Community College Foundation presents the 30th annual Summer Musical, Hairspray, this July at the Fort Walla Walla Amphitheater. Hairspray tells the story of teenager Tracy Turnblad, a big girl with big hair and an even bigger heart, and how she achieves her dream of becoming a regular on the Corny Collins Dance Show, Baltimore's hippest dance party on TV.
The summer musical is being performed July 7,8, 9, 14,15,16,17,21,22,and 23rd. On opening night, hair stylists from around the area will be on hand to create 60's hair styles for those who want to participate. On July 15th, Steppin Country Dance group will present pre-show entertainment. Ticket prices range from $6 to $20 each.
