Day 39: Colville Street Patisserie

Mmmmm…gelato, pastries, cakes, tarts, coffee, and more! The Colville Street Patisserie uses fresh, local, and seasonal products to whip up some of the best tasting treats around the valley. Tiffany and husband/chef David  took over the little shop on the corner a couple of years ago and are loving it!
Gelato
And what’s not to love about hand-made syrups like chocolate and vanilla or how about juicing a pumpkin for pumpkin spice. Some seasonal specialty items like candy yam gelato (made with actual yams and marshmallows) or their peppermint gelato are sure to be a hit!

Their mouth watering collection of fine desserts, cakes and classic French pastries are so very scrumptious. Looking for something unique to offer up at your next event? The Patisserie also offers catering services and ladies, you’ll be happy to know that they make specialty non-traditional wedding cakes.

The Colville Street Patisserie is located at:
40 S. Colville Street (on the corner of Colville and East Alder)

They are open during the following hours:
Monday-Thursday: 9:00am-8:00pm
Friday-Saturday: 9:00am-10:00pm
Sunday: 9:00am-5:00pm
