DAY 6: Kirkman House Museum

                                                          
Today, I got a private tour of The Kirkman House, located on 214 N Colville St, from the executive director/curator Kirsten Schober. The Kirkman House is Walla Walla’s only historic house museum & the only non-profit museum in the valley open throughout the year with exhibits and events that bring our valley’s history to life.

The Kirkman House is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. It was built by William Kirk Man between 1874-1880.

Sunday, November 7th-Pink Tea Jubilation
This celebrates the 100 Anniversary of becoming the 5th state to allow women to vote!

Saturday, December 4th-Victorian Christmas & Jubilees
