Mural on Inland Octopus Store Front |
When Inland Octopus opened 5 years ago I was thrilled to finally find a toy store that carried good quality educational toys. I seem to find it all there for my eight grandchildren. Since the migration of the massive purple mollusk to 7 East Main Street, I have been visiting a bit more often.
I would have included a fun fact about the store that the public doesn’t know, but HELLO, the whole world seems to have heard about the Peeking Purple Octopus! Even my daughter from Alaska heard about the big uproar over the sign…. Or is it a mural???
Though the City says the mural needs to come down, it is still the best toy store in town!

I think the City should spend their energies on fixing our streets and making Walla Walla a place that welcomes businesses. We don't need knit pickers in the licensing departments, but I know College Place just loves whatever WW has been doing.............
