Pineapple Pete's is best known for their shaved ice. It comes in over 32 flavors, and a nearly unlimited number of combinations. They also have ice cream and a "snow cap" topping that you can add.
According to the owners their best selling shave ice is the Dragon's Milk. It is a combination of pineapple, honeydew, and coconut with the snow cap topping. I can personally attest, it is delicious.
Pineapple Pete's serves more than shaved ice. They have slushies which come in regular, 100% fruit, or with Redbull. They also have floats with root beer or cream soda and "plates" which have a combination of ice cream, fruit, and shaved ice. 
According to the owners the idea behind Pineapple Pete's is to recreate their childhood memories of eating shave ice. The owners describe the vibe as a "Nightclub for Families". They have music, board games, and great treats, which get people talking, laughing, and having a good time. It's a very family friendly atmosphere with great customer service. The sizes range from mini (child sized) to big kahuna and prices are from $1.00 to $10.50.
Originally located in College Place, Pineapple Pete's has expanded and moved locations. They are now located at 915 S. 2nd Ave. next to Harvest Foods (Loney's). They are closed Mondays, but are open afternoons and evenings the rest of the week.
