Olive Catering invites you to explore the thoughtfully designed tasting rooms of Walla Walla through their Dinners on the Edge of Town series.
Come in from the cold and enjoy the opportunity to dine in these beautifully designed spaces with a multi-course meal and boutique wine.
Four courses prepared by Olive catering will be served to satisfy the senses with wine pairings available by the glass and bottle.
The upcoming dinner is at Foundry Vineyards, located at 1111 Abadie St. in Walla Walla, on January 15 until 9:00 p.m. The menu for the event is:

Applewood smoked Mediterranean mussels, crisp bacon, meyer lemon sweet potato fries, roast garlic aioli
First Course
Golden beets, toasted sunflower seeds, cumin creme fraiche,tarragon-apple vinaigrette, chervil, watercress
Second Course
American buffalo tri tip, horseradish potato pave, braised baby kale
Fourth Course
Blood orange upside down cake, caramel whipped cream
