The Walla Walla Symphony Youth Orchestra is performing their Winter Concert. Get into the spirit of the holidays with pieces including "Finlandia" by Jean Sibelius, "The Quest" from Ponce de Leon Suite by Robert Kerr, music from Frozen, "Hallelujah Chorus" from Handel's Messiah, and "Sleigh Ride" by Leroy Anderson.
The Walla Walla Symphony Youth Orchestra is under the direction of Dr. Paul Luongo and will be performing with the Walla Walla High School Orchestra, under the direction of Julia Woods, on the Hallelujah Chorus and Sleigh Ride.
The concert is free with a suggested donation of $2/person or $5/family. All proceeds benefit the Russ Larson music Scholarship.
The concert is on Tuesday December 15 at 7:00 in the Walla Walla High School auditorium which is located at 800 Abbott Rd. in Walla Walla.
