Salumiere Cesario 9th Annual Cheese Cutting Event

Salumiere Cesario is celebrating its 9th annual Parmigiano Reggiano wheel cutting. This year the wheel weighs 91 pounds and has been aged for 24 months! 

On the Saturday following Thanksgiving, Nov. 28, Salumiere will be hosting a live, in-store event to celebrate the labor and mastery that created this delicious wheel of cheese. Beginning at Noon the cheese wheel will be broken down in front of everyone. Once the wheel has been broken apart free tastes will be available and hourly specials on the cheese will be available as well, but only on the 28th! Special prices end at the end of the day and apply to in-person orders only.

Stop by to see how a large wheel of cheese is broken down and sample this incredible handmade product. The event is free and tastes are free!
