Day 231: NFL Youth Flag Football

Register by Friday, June 24 to be guaranteed a spot in Walla Walla Parks & Recreation’s NFL Youth Flag Football program. The program is open to boys and girls entering 2nd to 6th grade. Participants in this program will receive a reversible NFL jersey and flags.


The program will run from July 5 through August 11 and will be held at Walla Walla High School. Practices and games will take place on Monday through Thursday evenings. Teams in 2nd – 4th grades will meet no more than two times per week and teams in 5th – 6th grades will meet no more than three times per week.

Teams will be coached by volunteers. Those interested in volunteering to coach should contact Parks and Recreation at 527-4527 or via email at recreation@ci.walla-walla.wa.us. Training will be provided for all volunteer coaches.

Cost to participate in this program is $50. Registration may be completed online at www.wwpr.us or at the Parks and Recreation Office, 55 Moore Street.
