Day 142: High Tea @ Waterbrook Winery

Learn the art of High Tea with Waterbrook Executive Chef Ceil Blaine from décor to menu. Learn the ins and outs of creating an exceptional (but inexpensive!) gathering for friends and family. During the class you will learn how to prepare scones, lemon curd, tea sandwiches, mini-cupcakes and of course pair it with wine (there might be some tea involved too) as well as how to dress up your table, quickly, inexpensively, and fabulously!
