Day 131: Steppin Country Dance Lessons
There is still some time this month to join in the fun for Steppin Country dance lessons. Dance lessons are held from 7-9pm on Monday nights September through March from 7-9pm at the Walla Walla Eagles at 350 South 2nd Avenue in Walla Walla . Participants can choose between couples dancing and line dancing. The couples dancing includes the 2 step, 10 step, waltz, swing and cha cha. The cost for the lessons is $6 per person. Those who are interested in joining the Steppin Country Dance club must take a months worth of lessons. Club members can attend a weekly Thursday night dance and perform with the group through out the year. The yearly fee for membership is $20 per person or $40 per family. Lessons for members are free with membership. Steppin Country is a family orientated group. Their members range from young to old. They have a team of dancers who perform at community events, fairs, parades, and nursing homes. For more information see their web site at www.steppincountry.com
