Start your new year off with Jazzercise. Jazzercise is a combination of jazz dance, resistance training, Pilates, yoga, and kick-boxing. Programs are available for every age and fitness ability. It is a great way to increase your muscle tone, flexibility, balance, strength, and endurance. Each 60-minute workout blends dance and muscle toning movements choreographed to today's hottest music, including Top 40, jazz, country, funk, and classics.
Classes are scheduled daily through out the week and at various times of days. Jazzercise is held at 23 ½ S Spokane Street in Walla Walla. This facility has 2,000 sq. feet of wood floors and a great sound system. There is a changing room available for those coming directly from work. Weights,mats, & xertubes are provided.
