Day 55: Christmas Dinner

Looking for dinner options on Christmas Day? The Marcus Whitman Hotel has planned  a special Christmas dinner. The Marc Restaurant has a warm atmosphere for a casual yet elegant dining experience.

Their Christmas menu includes a number of soups, salads, appetizer, and dinner entrees. The Roasted Washington Chicken entrée is Juniper Citrus Brined chicken, Butternut Purée, Rosemary Roasted Beets, Wild Mushrooms and Jus. The Seared Halibut is served with King Crab Potato Cake, Bloomsdale Spinach, and  Farm Egg Hollandaise. The other entrees include Prime Rib, Double R. Ranch Tenderloin, Pork Shank, and Cauliflower Risotto.
