Balboa's Harvest Lunch series kicks of for the season Friday October 7 from 1-2:30 p.m. The three-course lunches paired with Library wines is always a hit. Lunches are planned an prepared by Balboa's in-house Chef (and Tasting Room Manager) Megan Corwin.
The menu for Friday, October 7th features:
1st - Honey-Crisp Apple Salad with candied walnuts, spiced cider vinaigrette
2nd - Danish Squash stuffed with kale and sausage
3rd - Farmhouse bread pudding with vanilla cream sauce
Guests will enjoy a tour of Balboa's harvest production and barrel tasting prior to the meal led by a member of their winemaking team and are invited to taste through current releases following the meal. All guests will enjoy wine club pricing on any wines at the winery that day should they care to take selections home with them.
