Kids Place Art Fundraiser

Kids Place is having its annual benefit art show. This event showcases portraits and paintings by 1-5 year olds who attend the Kids Place preschool. There will be featured art from younger students as well as self-portraits by older students. Two canvases will be available to bid on via silent auction. The proceeds will help purchase art supplies and light tables for the children who attend this private, non profit preschool.

The event is on April 16th. The artists' reception will be at Brasserie Four from 3:00-5:00 p.m. Brasserie Four is located at 4 E. Main St. 

Kids Place is a private, non profit school on the Whitman College Campus. It is located at 209 Marcus St. and strives to provide an education style that allows children to become "active agents" in their education and focuses on creating a community within the school. Kids Place creates opportunities for growth through play and work and allows kids to discover their gifts and potential.
