AAUW (American Associate of University Women) is holding their 40th annual book sale in the Marcus Whitman ballroom on Feb. 20-22.
Proceeds of the event go to provide scholarships to college for area women as well as to provide educational projects and events.
The book sale includes books from varying genres including fiction, history, cookbooks, mysteries, self-help, biographies, military history, religion, western fiction, art, local history, science fiction, sports, animals and many others. There is also a 'Special Books' section for rare, collectible, and gift books.
Pricing is: 50 cents for children's books, $2.00 for paperbacks, $4.00 for hardbacks, and books in the 'Special Books' section are priced individually. Children will each receive one free book from the children's section. Credit and debit cards are accepted, as are cash and checks.
The book sale is open Friday Feb 20 from 10-8, Saturday from 9-8, and Sunday from 9-4.
