Little Theatre of Walla Walla Presents Bus Stop

The Little Theatre of Walla Walla presents their upcoming performance, Bus Stop. This romantic comedy is directed by George Smith and Jeff Schlicher. The story line takes place at a roadside diner where a Kansas City bus stops due to blocked roads from a  howling snowstorm. Cherie, a nightclub chanteuse, and passenger of the bus has been kidnapped by a young cowboy who is insistent upon taking her to his ranch in Montana.  Other characters' lives unfold: the proprietor of the caf'e and the bus driver who at last find time to develop a friendship of their own; a middle-age scholar who comes to terms with himself; and a young girl who experiences her first taste of romance.
