Whitman College Fridays at Four Recital Series is underway. This evenings performance features Edward Dixon on cello and Sheila Gephart on piano. The concerts are held in Hunter Conservatory, on the Whitman College Campus. There is no fee to attend the performances. Below is a sampling of recitals to come:
Friday, March 2nd- A Whitman Music Faculty Recital with Jackie Wood, piano and Amy Dodds, violin.
Friday, March 9th- Gary Hemenway, jazz piano.
Friday, March 30th- A Faculty Trombone Recital with Pete Crawford and Doug Scarborough.
Friday, April 6th- The Whitman Brass Choir, directed by William Berry.
Friday, April 13th- Guest Artist Tia Lehman-Pearsall Piano Recital.
Friday, April 20th- Guest Artist Greg Nestor, Classical Guitar.
Friday, April 27th- The Oregon Guitar Quartet.
