February is for Foodies Cooking Class Series

Learn to cook like a chef this Saturday at this February is for Foodies cooking class series. The $20. ticket includes a morning culinary class, lunch, wine tasting, an Iron Chef Cookoff, music by the Four Tenors, and wine and bites at the Marcus Whitman Hotel.

The Cooking Class will include a From Grain to Bowl Fresh Pasta Making Class with Chef Damen. Classic to Modern Mother Sauces 101 with Chef Dan, and Truffel 101 with Paul from Brights Candies.
