Fat Tuesday Dinner at the Whoop Em Up Cafe

The Whoop Em Up Cafe in Waitsburg is cooking up a special Fat Tuesday meal. The Mardis Grase 2012 Prix Fixe Menu includes the following:

Appetizer Platter with Boudin stuffed Beignets, Dungeness Crab Cob Salad, and a mini Muffeletta Sandwich.

Starter Plate is a Stellar Seafood Gumbo

Main Course choices include Blackened Ahi Tuna with Celeriac Puree and Smoked Tomatillo Chow Chow or Kick Ass Cajun Spiced Osso Bucco with Creamy Style Stone Ground Grits, or Herb Stuffed Pork Loin with Corn Bread Pudding and Apple, Kale, Candied Pecan Salad.
